Here are some of my favorite raw food diet recipes:
1. Sunburgers. Often one of the hardest aspects of switching to a raw foods diet is missing some of the “comfort foods” you grew up with, such as burgers. Here is an excellent raw foods version!
2. Essene Bread. Perfect to serve your sunburger on, or simply as a daily raw foods bread choice!
3. Spicy Yam Chips. There are many raw food chip recipes out there, but I think this is by far the best!
4. Hummus. This is an easy to prepare and delicious version.
5. Spicy Raw Mexican Tomato Soup. One of my favorite raw soup recipes, I tend to make it even spicier than the recipe suggests!
6. South of the Border Lettuce Rolls. These are great for kids and adults alike, and very easy to make.
7. Banana and Almond Milk Smoothie. By far my favorite raw foods smoothie recipe.
8. Zucchini Pasta with Tomato Sauce. An elegant, raw foods version of a favorite. This is a great raw foods dish to serve to company!
9. Fresh Berries with Cashew Cream. An elegant, and simple to make dessert. Very yummy!
